BrownGreer, PLC

BrownGreer, PLC will serve as the Settlement Administrator and shall act in accordance with the provisions of the MSA and orders of the Court. Generally, BrownGreer shall be responsible for the design and implementation of the Settlement Program, applying the Allocation Special Master’s methodology to all Registered Claimants, and ensuring compliance with all requirements of the MSA. Additionally, BrownGreer also serves as the Qualified Settlement Fund Administrator and shall serve as the fiduciary for all settlement funds deposited into the QSF and distribute all settlement proceeds.

Allocation Special Master

Matt Garretson

Matt Garretson will serve as the independent, third-party neutral Allocation Special Master and shall be responsible for designing an allocation methodology that will be applicable to all Eligible Claimants, and shall review and approve BrownGreer’s application of the allocation methodology and resulting Eligible Claimants’ settlement awards.

Settlement Special Master

The Settlement Special Master is appointed to decide potential disputes between the Parties concerning the MSA regarding the following topics:

Challenges to the Identification Order Report
Challenges to Calculations of Participation Levels

Lien Administrator

Wolf Global Compliance

Wolf Global Compliance (“WGC”) is appointed as the Lien Administrator for the Settlement. WGC shall be responsible for the duties set forth in the MSA assigned to the Lien Administrator, including the negotiation and resolution of Liens asserted by Lienholders, including global resolutions, and such other duties as Plaintiffs’ Negotiating Counsel and the Lien Administrator so agree.
